Ingredients:

• 50ml Alnwick Rum
• 25ml Creme de Cassis (try De Kuyper)
• 75ml Pineapple Juice

How to Prepare:

Mix all ingredients together in a shaker with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and sip leisurely.
