An adaption of the original Holy Island Gin recipe to create the perfect essence of summer. Sea Pink is further infused flavours such as rose, orange blossom and mixed berries to give it that floral aroma with lingering fruits on the palate.
With only hibiscus and elderberries used to give it its natural pink colour, at 41% ABV, Sea Pink is still very much a full-strength gin which can be enjoyed alongside a Marlish raspberry tonic.
