We sell Spirits of higher ABV which do not have a BBD as they are wine and spirit proof strengths and are safe to drink, provided they remain unopened, for several years. If in doubt contact us using the contact form provided on our site.

Our rum products contain Caribbean rum in them. This quality rum is sent to our Holy Island site and is married and mixed with various products (see individual product back labels) and then bottled and labelled by us on site. Our gins are individually made in our distillery that is nearby on the mainland where again they are also bottled and labelled.

We do not offer formal tours of either our site on Holy Island or our distillery at Rock in Northumberland yet. However, both locations have great visitor shops attached and sampling is available.

If you receive any products that were clearly deficient when we dispatched them to you, we are very understanding regarding refund timeframes. .

Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for the service quality from our outsourced couriers. We do however constantly check the quality of their delivery service and change them if it falls below acceptable levels.

We ship throughout the United Kingdom including of course Northern Ireland. Courier costs vary if you are requesting delivery in more remote areas of the UK. The cost of delivery is always shown when you are checking out.

No we do not do gift vouchers, however, please contact us should you want to provide a friend a gift and we will be happy to see if we can help you in some way.
